✅ Step 1|Device Installation & Calibration Completed
BASINGLEAD engineers successfully deployed the Practice-2XL Dual-Foot Intelligent Scanner on-site. With core features like 1.5-second ultra-fast scanning and ±2mm high-precision 3D modeling, the device enables comprehensive data capture of arch structure, foot length and width, and center of gravity distribution, facilitating efficient and accurate diagnostic analysis.
After hardware installation, the team completed software system deployment, parameter initialization, and network access setup to ensure stable operation across LAN/cloud platforms. System debugging was performed to verify inter-device coordination, including data flow and compatibility between the scanner, software, and 3D printer.
Multiple on-site tests confirmed the system operates with “plug-and-play functionality, stable performance, and smooth integration,” laying a solid foundation for training and independent operation.
✅ Step 2|Device Operation Training
After setup, BASINGLEAD provided systematic and modular training to ensure the client could operate the full workflow confidently:
1.3D Foot Scanning Workflow: Posture alignment, scan commands, model generation, and tips.
2.Foot Pressure Plate Testing & Data Collection: Switching between static/dynamic modes, gait capture, and testing environment setup.
3.Pressure Report Interpretation: Identifying abnormal pressure points, center of gravity, gait deviations, etc.
4.Model Processing & Exporting: STL file optimization, case archiving, and data transfer methods.
5.Printing Settings & Structural Optimization: Selecting templates and modes based on foot type and function.
6.Software Operation Guidelines: Avoiding common issues like misuse, data loss, and model deformation.
Training followed a “Lecture + Demonstration + Hands-on Practice + Q&A” model. Clients practiced the full workflow under technician supervision, validating key functions and usage methods.
By the end, participants had mastered daily operation and troubleshooting, building a strong base for independent use and efficient production.

Based on typical patient profiles, BASINGLEAD provided practical design training for common foot types:

Clients learned how to match templates to foot type, symptoms, and gait reports, and how to adjust parameters to apply clinical concepts effectively in production.
